Csaba is an awesome personal trainer who focuses on real individual results. When I started Training I told him about my lower back pain and that I had been seeing a chiropractor weekly for at least the last 5 years so he needed to be careful. Not only was Csaba careful, his techniques stopped my back pain and I haven't needed to see the Chiropractor since.
Csaba is absolutely wonderful and a delight to work out with. He will show you how to get the most
out of your workout with different, fun and interesting exercises each session, workout safely to
prevent injury, strengthen and overcome any injuries you may already have, and most of all keeps
you motivated with encouragement, positivity, and the right guidance to ensure you achieve your

If you want a PT who is as unique as you are and who embraces your individual needs, weaknesses, strengths and personality, then Csaba IS YOUR PT. Be it training for rehab from injury or illness, fitness, strength, weight loss, general health or performance, Csaba throws out the rule book and takes the time and genuine interest to learn about you and then work with you to ensure you achieve every goal and milestone possible and then some. He is a true mentor that appreciates to teach is a two way street with you both being the teacher and the student.
I thoroughly enjoy my regular PT sessions with Csaba. Whilst I find each session is challenging, each session is designed for my individual needs and supported by Csaba’s expert insights.
When I first started my PT sessions with Csaba my fitness base was low. However, Thanks to Csaba’s constant encouragement and positive energy, I have made very good progress.
My sessions with Csaba have covered a broad range of focus from weightlifting to skipping/cardio.

My training sessions with Csaba have really helped me improve my flexibility, and understanding my body and how to prevent me from injuring myself. He shows me exercises to do that are tailored to help me and my netball game, which is my passion! But they are also things that I can use with any sport and knowledge and techniques that I would never learn at school.
He teaches in a fun way and is really supportive, and he has lots of creative ideas to keep things interesting - he always challenges me! He pushes you so that you can reach your full potential, and knows your weaknesses and strengths, and can see when you are struggling with something, or whether you have success with it.

We have been working with Csaba (or Chubby as we affectionately call him) on a weekly basis for the last three years. Every session is varied to make it interesting, but very well thought out to carefully build fitness and strength over time. We like that Chubby has a good sense for days when we're good to push hard, and days when for various reasons, we need to ease back. We also like that he manages the programs through both summer and winter, making the later easier to get motivated for when it's cold, wet and dark outdoors. As to the results - my wife and I train together with Chubby and have found the consistency of these sessions has definitely improved our health, our overall fitness and our core strength.
Csaba's approach to life and fitness is just that - holistic. A lifetime spent engaging in movement, physical activity and mindfulness is clearly evident in the way he approaches each session, carefully tailored to suit individual needs. I have been fortunate to have trained with Csaba for approximately 7 years. In that period we have worked on all types of general fitness and strength which has allowed me to improve across all areas, losing 15 kgs despite a long term serous knee injury.
